Well, we've survived the 1st two months!!! Exactly two months ago today, Eddie and I exchanged vows and said our "I do's". It was such a WONDERFUL day...I just wish it wouldn't have flown by so quickly.It has been so nice to be married to the man I love, but MANN, a newlywed woman has LOTS to do!! I've already received my new drivers license and social security card, plus I changed my name in my banking accounts. BUT, I still have to change over my credit cards and accounts like my phone. It was exciting receiving the new documents and cards, though. Just seemed to make it that much more official. "Mrs. Magan Webb!!!" I'm still getting used to it, but it makes me smile just thinking about it!!
For the last five weeks, Eddie and I have been in Midland enjoying married life. All of last year we spent so many weekends traveling back and forth between Midland and Dallas for one reason or another. So, since we had no major event bringing us back to Dallas during the last five weeks, we decided to stay home. And, although we've stayed busy for most of it, it has been very relaxing and definitely enjoyable. We've been able to just enjoy each other's company, spend time with our dogs, do a little working out, spend some time in our yard, PLUS we've done stuff like go to the movies, enjoyed a few date nights at local restaurants, had some "game nights" in, experienced Summer Mummers for the first time (Summer Mummers is a summer theatre show in Midland...if you're ever in Midland during the summer I recommend it...it was LOTS of fun, although probably better if you can go as a group) and last weekend we bought a Wii (which is SUPER fun!!).
I've really enjoyed being a married woman...thanks to my loving husband!! Thanks sweetness...I LOVE YOU!!! Happy 2 Months!!
